What is a Dry Hire Bartender?
Dry hire means that we provide expert bartending services, custom cocktails, and a full bar setup, but we do not supply the alcohol. You or your venue will provide the spirits, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Will we need to decide how much alcohol to buy?
Once you book, we provide a detailed shopping guide with recommendations on how much alcohol and drinks to purchase based on your guest count, drink selections, and event duration.

What areas do you serve?
From Bar Harbor to Baxter State Park, our bar complements events within 100 miles of Bangor. Other locations will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

What is included?
Each package includes professional bartending service, bar setup and breakdown, and fresh mixers and garnishes. Higher-tier packages also include signature cocktail creation, premium glassware rental, custom drink menus, and extended service time. See our Services Page for details.

Do you provide the glassware, mixers, or ice?
Glassware is available for rent with the Signature & Lush Packages.
Mixers & Garnishes – Premium, handcrafted mixers and fresh garnishes are part of the provided shopping guide.
Ice – We do not provide ice, but we’ll guide you on how much to purchase. -
What is your cancellation policy?
More than 60 days before your event → Full refund minus the deposit.
30-60 days before your event → 50% refund minus the deposit.
Less than 30 days before your event → No refunds.Need to reschedule? We’ll do our best to accommodate changes based on availability.

What is your minimum notice to schedule an event?
To allow us sufficient time to curate the perfect mixology experience for you, we require a minimum of two weeks' notice. While we understand that last-minute events sometimes arise, we're unable to provide our full range of services with less than two weeks.

What about maximum event capacity?
To ensure an optimal mixology experience our maximum capacity is 75 guests. These limits allow us to maintain a high standard of service and ensure the comfort and safety of all attendees. Larger events can be discussed on a case by case basis, please contact us for more information.
